Trade Show, Event Support, Print and Production Terms and Conditions

We are excited to partner with your company, and provide you with quality printed products, web design/development services, and large format trade show products.

Trade shows are a great way to show your company’s capabilities to your consumer base. It is also a time for imageProjektions to shine as well.

Any tradeshow service that is contracted three business weeks before the date of your trade show setup is subject to rush fees and higher shipping charges.

All pricing will reflect those increases in final invoices or initial quotations. Any products purchased after the three week deadline are not guaranteed for delivery in any case what-so-ever. You are not entitled to refunds for shipping, mistakes made by rushes without proper proofing, or manufacturing defects for short deadline accomodation.  IT IS HIGHLY SUGGESTED YOU PLAN TO ORDER ALL YOUR TRADESHOW DESIGN AND PRODUCTION THREE PLUS MONTHS AHEAD OF THE SHOW SETUP DATE.

Printing and delivery are subject to variables- events can happen that are out of our control. Once you pay for your services, we purchase the products to complete the job regardless of design approval or not. Once your product designs are approved/completed, they are submitted with the shipping or freight selected at the time of payment; ground service in most cases. This practice enables imageProjektions to keep our prices low and often provide shipping services we pay for as an included courtesy. 

If you require special shipping or delivery instructions, it is your responsibility to allow for adequate time in your schedule and ours, so we can accomodate your needs. No special shipping considerations will be made other than expeditied or overnight shipping arrangements at additonal charges. If you do not inform us of special shipping or delivery needs, ground services will apply to your order.

We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone, halt production due to bad attitude or verbal abuse, repeat claims, or claims of shipping damages, shipping errors, or delays.

imageProjektions reserves the right to put a hold or freeze on new orders for any reason at any time.
